I haven’t shared many recipes on here recently – I’ve been posting on my Instagram @FitFoodEmma but felt my meals were a little too simple to blog! But sometimes simple suppers are the perfect option after a long day at work or when you’re just craving a comforting meal so here are four of my tastiest go-to dishes. I usually fry my food in Lucy Bee coconut oil, and roast vegetables in olive oil or Lucy Bee.
