The foodie round-up: six simple suppers

I haven’t shared many recipes on here recently – I’ve been posting on my Instagram @FitFoodEmma but felt my meals were a little too simple to blog! But sometimes simple suppers are the perfect option after a long day at work or when you’re just craving a comforting meal so here are four of my tastiest go-to dishes. I usually fry my food in Lucy Bee coconut oil, and roast vegetables in olive oil or Lucy Bee.

Let me know if you’d like to see more of these ’round-up’ posts, and I’ll happily start sharing them more regularly.

    • Thanks Brit!! I love seeing (and creating!) long recipes full of superfoods but after a day at work I don’t want to spend half an hour arranging 20 different foods on my plate πŸ˜‚ Really looking forward to seeing your WIAW posts πŸ™‚
